a) Standard reflexology treatment

Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. Reflexology is based on the theory that all the systems and organs of the whole body are mirrored or reflected in smaller peripheral areas, for example the feet, hands, ears and face.  The reflexologist works those reflected areas with different kind of finger’s pressure and movement  and bring those areas back to balance and therefore helping the body to work as well as it can and helps the body to restore its balance naturally.

Reflexology can helps:

d) Reflexology for supporting Cancer Survivors who suffer from Pain

Dr. Carol Samuel, PhD has developed Reflexology Protocol for treating people who suffer from Pain that caused by the Cancer and its Treatments. Dr. Samuel is the only person to receive a PhD in the Scientific Evaluation of Reflexology for Managing Pain.

Cancer Treatment is invasive and can have both short and long-term effects. These effects may appear years after the end of treatments. The most common types of Pain due to an underlying malignancy and due to treatments are:

Persistent Post-Surgical Pain.
Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy.
Radiation Toxicity Associated Pain.
Biopsies and Drain Interventions.
Graft vs host disease, induced neuropathy and Arthralgia.
Fascial changes and tissue integrity, as a result of the scar tissue
Pain caused by Hormonal Therapy (for both: men and women).

In this protocol, we are working with:

The Spine reflexes
The Brain Reflexes
The Central Nerves System's reflexes
The Spinal Cord (it is the most important area for working out the answers to tissue damage and pain.)
Spinal Nerves reflexes (When our body is alert to a dangerous situation, it is the first instance that receive the first message and relays that message to the Brain.)

e) Crystal Reflexology

Crystal Reflexology works in the same way as standard reflexology but with the integration of crystals to enhance the treatment and give greater results.

It is a gentler treatment that uses a crystal wand as opposed to the therapist’s thumb or finger.

Minimal pressure is applied as the crystal’s energy works the reflexes and therefore this treatment would suit anyone, including those that find standard reflexology too painful or uncomfortable.

The number of treatments you will require will depend on your individual needs.

A single treatment may be taken for general relaxation or for minor problems, however in general a course of treatments may be needed in order to help with a condition or illness.

Because Crystal Reflexology involves two healing practices, you may find that fewer treatments are needed than if receiving reflexology alone.

f) Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology is a holistic treatment carried out on the face; the client is fully clothed and lies flat on a treatment couch.

Built around the concept that pressure points on the body correlate with organs and other parts of the body, it works through the circulatory system, nerve system, and the natural energy flow within the body. If add an essential oil, you can get double effect: reflexology + aromatherapy.

Face reflexology main targets:

Reduce stress and anxiety,
Improve overall health,
Improve injury healing, reduce the pain
Reduce insomnia
Balance the energy flow within the body. It helps to bring the body’s Chi (energy) back into alignment and balance
Stimulates collagen production, plumps out wrinkles, firms & tightens the skin
Improves lymphatic drainage, reducing fluid build up, puffiness; speeds the cleating of acne & skin inflammation
