Cancellation policy
I am pleased to cancel or re-schedule without any cancellation fees, up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Please understand that, if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough time, I miss the opportunity to offer this space to someone else from waiting list.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply, if you fail to give me at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to attend your appointment:
a charge equal to 75% of the reserved service amount.
